Check your booking confirmation first
Central Park Pedalers’ booking listings give 1427 6th Ave, New York, NY 10019 as the meeting point. Details may vary: follow the instructions on your chosen booking and confirmation. Open the address in Google Maps.
Plan your journey
Check your travel route and service conditions on the day. Leave a little time for finding the exact meeting location, particularly if you are coming with children or a group. Save the confirmation so that you can refer to the meeting instructions even if you have a weak connection.
If you cannot find the driver
Call +1 (347) 258-6630 and have your booking name and time ready. If you expect to arrive late, contact the operator as early as possible; check the terms on your reservation for the applicable no-show policy.
Planning the rest of your park visit
The Central Park Conservancy visitor guide has current information about park hours, maps and facilities. Tour schedules and meeting instructions should be checked separately in your own booking.
A simple arrival checklist
Save the confirmation and map before travelling. Share the address, tour time and operator’s phone number with everyone in your party, and check whether your own confirmation gives any different instructions. If you are taking the subway, use the MTA for current service information; street-level walking time depends on the station exit and traffic. Contact the operator promptly if your group cannot locate the meeting spot.
